  • Account Profile: The nickname and avatar you select from our pre-defined in-game options.

  • Customer Support: Data you provide when you contact support, submit feedback, or participate in surveys, including your nickname and any details you choose to share.

  • User-Uploaded Content: If you upload images or other content through in-game features, we process that content to provide the requested feature and to maintain a safe environment. Images you upload are for your use and system processing only and are not shared with other users.

2.2 Data We Collect Automatically

When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain data, including:

  • Identifiers: A unique randomly generated user ID, device ID (e.g. IDFV, Android ID), advertising ID (e.g. IDFA, GAID), and IP-derived country and region information. We do not retain raw IP addresses.

  • Device and Technical Data: Device model, operating system and version, screen resolution, language, time zone, connection type, and app version.

  • Gameplay Data: Interactions with our Services, including game access time, progress, achievements, play time, and other gameplay information.

  • Ad Interaction Data: Whether you have viewed or clicked an advertisement within our Services. We use this for advertising measurement, optimisation, and fraud prevention.

2.3 Data from Third Parties

  • App Store Authentication: If you log in using your Google or Apple account, we use their authentication services to verify your identity. We only collect the necessary login tokens to maintain your session. Once verification is completed, login tokens are promptly deleted.

  • In-App Purchases: If you make in-app purchases through Google Play or the App Store, we receive transaction details (e.g. device ID, transaction time, encrypted order details, and status) to fulfil your order. We do not collect or store any payment card details. All financial transactions are processed securely and exclusively by Google Play or the App Store.

2.4 Sensitive Personal Data

4.2 Attribution Partner

We use Adjust as our mobile measurement partner (MMP) to attribute app installs and measure campaign performance. Adjust processes device identifiers and IP-derived location data to provide attribution services.

4.3 Analytics and Configuration

We use Firebase (provided by Google LLC) for analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration. Firebase processes device identifiers, usage data, and crash diagnostics to help us understand how our Services perform and how users interact with them.

4.4 Personalised Advertising and Your Choices

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, personalised advertising is based exclusively on your consent, which we obtain and manage through a Consent Management Platform (CMP). You may withdraw or modify your consent at any time through the in-game privacy settings. If you withdraw consent, you will still see advertisements, but they will not be tailored to your interests.

You can also limit ad personalisation through your device settings:
